If I receive an SMS voucher, will it have a specific reference number? If I lose or delete my voucher, is it possible for the voucher to be replaced? What if my voucher is giving me an error or is invalid? How can I tell how long my voucher is valid for? Will I get change if I buy an item which cost less than the voucher?

Unfortunately, no change will be provided to customers if the item(s) cost less than the voucher.
