If I receive an SMS voucher, will it have a specific reference number? If I lose or delete my voucher, is it possible for the voucher to be replaced? What if my voucher is giving me an error or is invalid? How can I tell how long my voucher is valid for? Will I get change if I buy an item which cost less than the voucher?

When you receive your voucher via email or SMS, the date it is valid until will be clearly stated on the voucher.
