If I receive an SMS voucher, will it have a specific reference number? If I lose or delete my voucher, is it possible for the voucher to be replaced? What if my voucher is giving me an error or is invalid? How can I tell how long my voucher is valid for? Will I get change if I buy an item which cost less than the voucher?

What happens to my voucher if I return my purchase?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to re-issue vouchers once redeemed. Items will be refunded as per the purchase invoice and you will forfeit your voucher.
